Welcome to Sunday Solved! We’re glad you’re here. By using our website, platform, or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Sunday Solved. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use the Services

When you use Sunday Solved, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own church, ministry, or personal use.

You may:
- Generate and adapt teaching materials for your own ministry setting.
- Download, print, and distribute generated content within your ministry, congregation, church staff, or household.

You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated content in whole or in part.
- Repackage generated content for commercial sale, even if modified.
- Share or distribute outputs publicly as if they were your original product for resale.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:
- Create or share content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or illegal.
- Create or share content that promotes self-harm, violence, or exploitation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

- Platform & Tools: Sunday Solved owns the platform, software, and the proprietary prompts, workflows, and systems that power the Services.
- User Inputs: You retain ownership of any custom prompts, questions, or text you enter into the platform.
- Generated Outputs: You are granted a license to use the outputs generated by Sunday Solved for your ministry or personal purposes only. You may adapt outputs for internal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage them for commercial purposes.

5. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Payment & Credits

- Sunday Solved operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance, primarily through subscriptions, and consumed when generating or purchasing content.
- Credits and payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Pricing and credit usage are subject to change with notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to others or to Sunday Solved. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

- Generated content is provided “as-is.” We strive to ensure our system provides you with the highest quality content possible, but make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your context.
- You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. It is not our intention that content generated would then be taught or facilitated without prior review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunday Solved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 6 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (such as by email or posting on our site). Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
